What this site provides
Universal Comment Picker is a free, browser-based tool that draws random winners from a list of entries that you provide. It requires no account, charges no fee, and processes everything locally in your browser.
Acceptable use
You may use this tool freely for personal or professional purposes. You agree not to use it for illegal, fraudulent or deceptive purposes, or in ways that infringe the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the giveaways, contests and draws you organise, including compliance with applicable laws, platform rules and the rules you announce to participants.
No warranties
This site and tool are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of this tool or any draw made with it. The tool is a utility for convenience; it does not replace legal advice.
Your entries and results
The lists you paste and the results you draw belong to you. We claim no ownership over them, and they are never stored or transmitted to our servers. Responsibility for the content of your lists, for informing participants and for keeping records of your draw rests entirely with you.
Advertising
This site displays advertisements delivered by third-party advertising networks. We do not create or select individual ads and are not responsible for their content or for the websites they link to. If you notice an inappropriate ad, please let us know via the contact page.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
